The booking lasts 1h 55 min.

During this time you will choose the piece and paint your design,
we recommend you to come with your design in mind.

If you arrive late the booking will NOT be extended, the period of time will be
the time you have booked to avoid inconvenience to other customers.

If you are more than 4 people, please indicate how many participants you will be in total in the comments box when booking, we will take this into account.
If there are any problems, we will contact you.

If fewer or more people show up on the day of the booking than agreed without prior notice the day before, an additional €10 will be charged per person missing or added to the activity.

Remember that the baking process can take from 2 days to 2 weeks.

If you are not from Salou or Catalonia, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, a surcharge will be charged for each piece that is urgently needed.
